Psychotherapy & Counselling

Are you struggling to cope? Do you need to talk confidentially to a fully qualified and UKCP registered Psychotherapist or Counsellor?  Your Safe Harbour can provide you with a safe and quiet space to think through your issues and to have a non-judgemental ear to listen and to reflect with you what your options may be.                                           

We can help you with many issues including:                                                   
Relationship Counselling: Friends, Family, Partner, Break-up, Marriage & Divorce

Psychotherapy: Ongoing therapy to help you to deal with your history, recurrent problems or abuse that you may have suffered

Fertility counselling: including helping those who are thinking about, or having, IVF or similar treatments, donor decisions, miscarriages/stillbirths, death of an unborn twin and also the eventual arrival of your much wanted child; Topics may include bereavement; stress management, bullying, assisted conception, redundancy, parenting, abuse, relationships, self-harm, depression, eating disorders, anxiety, self-esteem, work-related issues, family change.

We are open Monday to Saturday by appointment only, and, subject to availability. we can arrange a time that would suit you.

Telephone Counselling is also available for individuals and for members of your organisation.

Couple Counselling and Group Therapy
Couple counselling can be arranged and you would normally be seen in Braunston, just outside Daventry.

Group Therapy - this can be provided and you may be invited to join if you complete a notice of interest form for the relevant group.  This too would usually be provided in Braunston, just outside Daventry.

Training
Your Safe Harbour also offer Emotional Intelligence/ Emotional Literacy Training for businesses and educational settings.  We will design a course to suit your needs and then either arrange the training at a suitable location, or deliver the training for you in-house.  Having plenty of experience writing and delivering training courses for adults and young people, Your Safe Harbour will work with you to customise the training you need.  We can also provide on-going training for your organisation to help you and your staff cover any area of emotional intelligence including: Stress Management; Redundancy Support; Bullying; Self-Esteem; Coping With Work/Life Pressures; Keeping Yourself Safe
